Post-Operation Surgery Assistance

If You Are Alone

During your procedure at Second to Creation you will receive careful personal attention from our staff. However, to ensure your safety afterward, we strongly recommend that someone stay with you for the first 24 hours.

For those who are alone we can recommend two nursing services, Visiting Angels and A-1 Caregivers. At an additional cost you can arrange to have a nurse attend to you after you leave our offices and even stay overnight with you at your home or hotel. We will be happy to provide contact information for either of these two services.

Out of Town Patients

Dr. Machida has cared for many patients who have come from out of town. For our out of town patients’ convenience, Second to Creation is right next door to Ontario Mills Shopping Center, one of Inland Empire’s largest malls. We’re also minutes away from Victoria Gardens, a large outdoor mall with a wide variety of shops, restaurants and entertainment venues. You and your family can shop, eat and find enjoyable diversions at any of these nearby locations.

It’s easy and convenient to fly into the Ontario International Airport (ONT). Our office is just 2 miles away. Additional airports in the area include John Wayne/Orange County (SNA), Los Angeles International (LAX) and Long Beach (LGB).

For your aftercare stay you can choose from a number of comfortable, convenient hotels in Ontario. Check the Internet for the best deals. We have negotiated a special discounted rate with the Country Inn and Suites by Carlson, Ontario at Ontario Mills, CA. You can find them at 4674 Ontario Mills Parkway, Ontario, CA. Call them for information or to make a reservation at (909) 476-2600. This hotel is located next door to our building, just a short walk away.

Directions from Ontario Airport to STC’s Office

  • From Ontario International Airport (ONTARIO): Take Airport Drive east, turn left on Milliken, and turn rignt on Ontario Mills Parkway. We are just east of Franklin Avenue.
  • From the East Take the 10 West, just past the 15 and exit on Milliken. Go straight onto Ontario Mills Parkway.  We are located just east of Franklin Avenue.
  • From the West Take the 10 East and exit on Milliken. Turn left and make a quick right on Ontario Mills Parkway.  We are located just east of Franklin Avenue.
  • From the South Take the 15 North, to the 10West. Take the Milliken exit immediately after the transition.  Go straight onto Ontario Mills Parkway.  We are just east of Franklin Avenue.
  • From the North Take the 15 South to the 10 West. Take the Milliken exit immediately after the transition. Go straight onto Ontario Mills Parkway. We are just east of Franklin Avenue.
